Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $30 fee will apply if you do not show up for your initial appointment or if you cancel/reschedule after the24-hour notice. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show, and a $30 fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding, as we cannot accept appointments past the 15-minute mark to ensure timely service for all our clients. Thank you!
